                                                     Alteration policy

 

In order to preserve the character, aesthetics and value of owners’ units, the Board, acting on behalf of the association, has adopted a policy regarding alterations. Alterations include any modifications, changes, additions, repairs, or attachments to common areas.  Common areas are defined in the Condominium Declaration and include everything from the drywall out, or up. Alterations may be made with the prior written approval of the Board. In order to secure Board approval Please fill out the Alteration Agreement attached below. You may either send it to Glowacki Management or give it to any Board member. It will be acted on at the next regular meeting of the Board.
